Registration Payment Policy

Payment must be received prior to the program date by VISA, MasterCard, cheque or cash.
Fees include all program materials, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received less than 20 business days prior to the program, a credit will be issued and may be redeemed within one year of original booking.
No credit will be issued for cancellations received less than 5 business days prior to the program.
