Payment Policy:
Payment must be received prior to the program date by VISA,
MasterCard, cheque or cash. Fees include all program materials,
continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations received less than 20 business days prior
to the program, a credit will be issued and may be redeemed within one
year of original booking. No credit will be issued for cancellations
received less than 5 business days prior to the program.
